Overpowered Wasteland 3 pistol leader build with 100% critical hit chance early. Build presented as John Wick walkthrough from the start till level 25 on Supreme Jerk difficulty. Main features: 100% critical hit chance, 37% strike rate (every third hit is Precision strike), up to 9 actions (17 shots with Unload ability and Trick Shot) per turn in late game.

Notes:
