Here is a short video I made on how to take apart a Aiwa speaker.

If you have the same one or something similar and want to take it apart.

First start on the right side of the speaker and take a Flat head and drive in into the seam and try to pry it open. Then work your way either towards the bottom or top. It does take lots of energy and can damage the enclosure. The cover is sealed pretty tightly so like I said it takes a lot of energy. After prying it open then the woofer should have 4 Phillips screws holding it to the enclosure just unscrew those and maybe a little bit of prying might occur.

The reason I did this is because I thought the woofer needs a bigger box and I will decide what to do some time later.
