Open Settings:
Press Win + I on your keyboard to open the Settings window.
Alternatively, you can click the Start menu and then click the gear icon.
Go to Date & Time Settings:
In the Settings window, click on Time & Language.
Then, select Date & Time from the left-hand menu.
Set Time Automatically:
If you want Windows to set the time and date automatically, make sure the Set time automatically toggle is turned on. You can also enable Set time zone automatically if you want your time zone to adjust based on your location.
Set Time Manually:
If you prefer to set the time and date manually, turn off the Set time automatically toggle.
Then, click the Change button under Set the date and time manually.
In the pop-up window, adjust the date and time to your preference, and click Change to apply the settings.
Adjust Time Zone:
Make sure the Time zone dropdown menu is set to your correct time zone. If you're unsure, you can look up your time zone online.
Synchronize Your Clock (Optional):
To ensure your clock is accurate, you can synchronize it with an internet time server. Scroll down in the Date & Time settings and click Sync now under Synchronize your clock.
Close Settings:
Once you've set everything, close the Settings window. Your clock should now display the correct time and date.
