Then she stops by Rye in Williamsburg for a chat with award-winning chef Cal Elliott. He shows us his wonderfully inventive creation: beet ravioli, and helps explain why every home cook should love beets. Finally it's back to the HiB kitchen for a simple beet, arugula and goat cheese salad that pays homage to Cal's flavors and this delicious and beautiful vegetable!
