Wanting an honest & reliable PureVPN review? With it's slow speeds and poor customer support, it doesn't make into my top 10 list. Greetings, everyone, it's Ken hope you're doing well. So I have returned from the lab once again to bring you a review of one of the many VPNs that's out there as a means to ensure that when I make a recommendation it is solid as a rock like Ashford and Simpson. So today under the microscope is pure VPN. Yes, one of the oh geez of the VPN game founded back in 2006. And with an established company like pure VPN, you really want to make sure that they're keeping up with the the newbies out there and making sure that their service is like unkind to what everybody's offering and constantly updating what they're doing. You may be asking yourself, Ken, when you're in the lab, what is it that you are doing to determine what makes a good VPN? And the answer is the Mount Rushmore of VPN awesomeness. The four things that I use to determine what comprises a good VPN and number one is ease of use. What's it like to navigate their system? their app is compatible with all OSS and what's their customer support? Like? Should you run into an issue with whatever you'd like to do with it? Number two, is solid security. What are the features that they are utilizing to make sure that the data that they are transferring on your behalf is keeping you private and safe? Are their logs? What's the encryption like everything like that? Third is performance? Is it literally up to speed? Is it going to keep up with everything that you want to do when you want to do it? How you want to do it? And what can you do with it? Besides that, what can you do and forth? Is it a value? Do you get bang for your buck? Do they have free trials or money back guarantees that allow you to test the waters so to speak, and see which one is right for you. And if for some reason, I find that pure VPN does not fit the bill. I'll have recommendations for you with links in the description to all of them as well as any coupon codes or discounts that I might have to save you guys money because I love you and I want to save you some cash because then you can spend it on other cool things. Starting off with number one, the ease of use, navigating their system was really really simple. It was compatible with a multitude of OSS is the only thing that I would give a slight knock to is the customer support. It took me a little while to be able to get specific answers to questions that I had most of the answers that I got initially seemed like they were generic in nature. Now I don't want to say it was a bot. But it seemed like maybe there was a script they were working off of in the chat. It wasn't until I dug deeper and repeated some of my questions and more specificity that actually felt like I was speaking with a human being. And then I got the answers that I needed security wise as its standard. Now they're using the 256 bit AES encryption, which is military grade, they offer a kill switch five simultaneous connections and support for all major protocols DDoS protection, advanced port forwarding, split tunneling and a NAT firewall, if you have the skill set to be able to tweak those features. Well, this is where I ran into more than what I would say a problematic issue, the speed really was not up to snuff, whether it was the ping the download or the upload much of what I saw on the speed test was problematic. So there that... Hit the 5k character limit.
