I've done a lot of dumb things in my life - but one thing that consistently plagues me is how I keep biting off more than I can chew. I decided to implement major gameplay features into my game mere days before Steam's Next Fest started. I was under the gun to quickly develop coins, stores, upgrades, and music for my indie game Tanks, But No Tanks.
All in all, it turned out okay. I'm grateful that I know my way around Unity well enough to develop new features relatively quickly. I guess sometimes deadlines can be a good thing!
