Unepic - Medeox Boss
Unepic's seventh Guardian Boss, Medeox. This boss fight will seem diffcult at first as you eleminate snake heads it becomes easier. Remember to always look away from the instant kill eye beam when it comes by. Keep firing ranged attacks at the snake heads until they are all dead to make the fight easier. You may want to bring antidotes in case you get poisoned as the poison damage will quickly stack to high levels. After getting rid of the snake heads, target the eye and keep shooting until the boss is dead while remembering to look away from the beam. Several ghosts will begin spawning later in the fight and I personally just tanked most of their damage finishing the boss off.
