City responses to migrants with irregular status: implications for multi-level governance in Europe
Lecture by Sarah Spencer, Director of the Global Exchange on Migration and Diversity at the University of Oxford.
On the framework of the inter-university programme Aula Mediterrània, which aims to foster studies on the Mediterranean with as wide and interdisciplinary a perspective as possible. Started in 2015, it is the result of the collaboration between the IEMed and the academic world.
The 28 sessions of the lectures for 2017-2018 in the programme are characterised by the diversity of subjects and voices, as well as the importance of the events experienced by the region that are of interest not only to the academic world and experts but also the general public.
With the participation of Ricard Zapata, profesor of Political Sciencie at the University of Pompeu Fabra (UPF), director of the GRITIM-UPF and co-director of the Master in Migration Studies (UPF).
