On October 13th 2022, Austin Thompson armed himself with an array of weapons ready to wreak havoc across his quiet neighbourhood in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Over the space of a few hours, one of America's safest cities would be brought to a standstill when 5 people were murdered in cold blood.
The ordeal would come to an end when K-9 units tracked Austin to a barn, roughly 2 miles from where the shooting started.
A motive has yet to be identified.
