LOCKDOWN in the PROVINCE - Living off the land making Linuyang - PHILIPPINES
Today Raymund shows me how make Linuyang. We only use three ingredients. Banana, Coconut and brown sugar. We smash the bananas using guava tree limbs in a bowl made from 70 year old stone bowl and we scrape out the coconut meat using an old Filipine tool.

During the covid pandemic (2 1/2 years) I was in a province in the Philippines. While there we built over 25 C.R's (toilets) and built and repaired many homes and distributed food and other essential items thanks to this youtube channel and the subscribers.
