If your device is not initialize or forget device password then you have to perform hard reset operation.

I'm not sure but you can see the following steps:

Step 1: Switch off your phone.

Step 2: Then remove the battery at least 10 seconds then reinsert the battery.

Step 3: Now press the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously,

Step 4: Then wait to appear the Fastboot mode.

Step 5: If there is nothing happens and the Fastboot mode still does not appear then you can repeat the above process until you get Fastboot mode.
