How To Reset Forgotten Windows 10 Password - This video will demonstrate you how to recover forgotten password on Windows 10 using Windows Installation Media Disk or USB Flash Drive.

In today's video, I'm going to show you how to reset forgotten password on windows 10. For this method, you have to have either windows installation media disk or USB flash drive of windows 7,8,8.1 or 10.

Steps you will need to follow:
Step:1 Put windows installation media disk in the CD/DVD drive or attach USB flash drive to PC/Laptop. Then restart your PC.
Step:2 Enter into BIOS by pressing Esc/F2/F10 or Delete and Change boot priority order to give CD drive/ USB drive as 1st priority then press F10 to save it.
Step:3 Your PC/Laptop automatically detect CD drive or USB flash drive.
Note: Make you don't forget to press any key while you see "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD.
Step:4 Click on next when you see window setup screen.Click on"Repair your computer".
Step:5 Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced options - Command prompt.
Note: Keep in mind when you type any command, please don't use double quotes with the commands.
Step:6 Now, Type "diskpart"
Step:7 Type "list volume" and Look which one is your system installation drive, remember it.
Step:8 Type "System installation drive name : " (e.g for me, D drive is system installation drive so command is "d:"). then type "exit".
Step:9 Type "cd windows\system32" and hit enter.
Step:10 Type "move utilman.exe utilman.exe.bak" and hit enter.
Step:11 Type "copy cmd.exe utilman.exe" and hit enter.
Step:12 Type "wpeutil reboot" and hit enter for rebooting your computer.
Step:13 Click on ease of access icon, it will prompt command prompt screen.
Step:14 Type "net user" and Look at which one is your victim account for which you want to reset forgotten password, remember it.
Step:15 Type "net user account name * " (e.g for me, account is test so command is "net user test * ")
Step:16 Hit three times enter and you are done to login your account without entering password.
How to revert back original settings:
Step:1 Follow the same steps 1 to 9 of above procedure.
Step:2 Type "move utilman.exe.bak utilman.exe" then type "All" and hit enter.
Step:3 Type "wpeutil reboot" to restart your computer.
