🍰 Ingredients:
Sugar 200g (1 cup)
Butter 110g (1/2 cup)
Vegetable oil 30ml (2 tablespoons)
2 Eggs
White Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Plain Flour 180g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons)
Cocoa powder 20g (3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda ½ teaspoon
Plain Yogurt 100ml (about ½ cup)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Red Food coloring
For the Cream cheese Frosting:
Cream cheese 50g (3 ½ tablespoons)
Butter 50g (3 ½ tablespoons)
Powdered Sugar 200g (1 ¾ cups)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
(Whisk all together for 3-4 mins)
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan size 20x20 cm
Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 30-35 minutes
