Today in my Spoken English Tutorial I will tell you about some questions which you use in your general conversation and some points also which you use while talking to someone else and you use those in a wrong manner.Many times when someone asks you this question that what is your name?Your answer is Myself Shreya, Myself Ajit or Myself any other name. But when you will use this Myself with your name, you can lose your job, you can be rejected in your job interview, because of using Myself with your name.
You have to I am Shreya, I am Ajit and I am so and so. Or you can say My name is Shreya or my name is so and so. You should never use Myself with your name to introduce yourself. However, you can say May I introduce myself, but not Myself with your name.
Now, 2nd question many times when we ask people that what are you doing, they answer I am pursuing M.A., I am pursuing B.Tech., I am pursuing B.com, etc. But the meaning of pursue is to run after. So, it is not used with any qualification or any course of studies. For your any qualification or your any course of studies you have to say I am studying B.A. or I am doing B.Tech.
Now, when someone will ask you this question that what do you want to do?Many people answer that I want to do a job. If you are giving this answer that I want to do a job, then doing a job means a small task which you are doing. If I am teaching you or giving you a lecture for one hour, then I will say that I am doing a job, but if I am teaching you here daily and giving you lectures daily then, I can't say that I am doing a job. The I have to say that I am working on my YouTube channel or if want to do work on YouTube then I can say that I want to become a You Tuber or I want to become a doctor or teacher etc.
