Life & channel updates — some BIG changes (upcoming recipes, ending a channel, WW & More)
It's been a while, y'all. I thought it was time for a video and a channel update. I've had some pretty big life changes and I talk about it in this video. Among other things, I'm trying to take better care of myself, not only for my health, but just to be a better example to people around me. I'm using the new WW (Weight Watchers) program to lose weight and I'm loving it. After getting to goal on their original Points program back in the late 90s, I'm seeing it has changed a lot, but for the better. I talk about that in this video too.
