Time to clear out all the grain bins, it's mongrel whiskey time! What is that? It's not really a thing (I don't think) I just made it up. But basically, I'm just going through all the grain that needs to be used up for one reason or another and throwing it into mash tuns.
Fermented with Angel AM-1 yeast
Here's is what I used:
3.7 kg Shepard's Delight
2.4 kg Dark Crystal
1kg manuka smoked malt
1.2 kg oats
5kg Aurora
1.3kg kibbled corn
1kg dark Chock
0.2kg Malted rye
1kg torrified wheat
5kg Munich
0.15kg Pilsner
1kg light choc
4.2 kg Thomas Fawcets heavily peated
3kg pilsner malt
