How to register for JoSAA 2023?
All the candidates are required to follow the steps given below to register and fill in their choices for JoSAA 2023 counselling:
Step-1: Visit the official website josaa.nic.in.
Step-2: Search for the link named "JoSAA Counselling Registration" and click on it.
Step-3: On the new window, candidates will need to enter their JEE Main 2023/JEE Advanced 2023 application number and password and click on the submit button.
Step-4: After submitting the details, a new window comprising all the details of the candidate (as entered in JEE Main/JEE Advanced) will be displayed. Candidates must cross-check all the details diligently and then change their passwords.
Step-5: During the JoSAA counselling registration 2023, candidates will only be allowed to change their contact details. Candidates must provide the working contact number or email id during the registration. Students must also verify all the details again and then click on the "Submit" button.
Step-6: Candidates will be able to check the available choices of engineering streams and institutions (as per their rank) only after registration. As per the availability, aspirants must choose the academic programmes in order of their preferences.
Step-7: Candidates must not forget to lock their choices after filling them online. This is an important step in the process of the JoSAA 2023 seat allotment process. If a candidate fails to do so, the system will automatically save the choices selected earlier and the preferences will be displayed like that only.
