This quick cardio warm up is the best total body warm up routine to do prior to your intense cardio or HIIT workout. This is a quick HIIT warm up that will ready your muscles and joints for an intense workout to come! In this cardio warm up workout you’ll do a few warm up exercises followed by a few stretches to get your body ready for your workout routine.

This quick total body warm up cardio routine contains 9 warm up moves and 6 stretches. You’ll do each of the warm up moves in this quick warm up just once through for about 50 seconds each.
