Couple wants refund after buying a lot that may be ‘unbuildable’
What seemed like a great investment opportunity in South Florida’s hot real estate market now has one couple asking for their money back.
Hani Levy and her husband reached purchased a lot of land for $350,000.
Levy said the plan was to develop two to three homes, but there was a problem, which she said no one ever told her about -- The road used to get to the property is not public which means they don’t have a way to access their own lot.
