Meh KONE Ecodisc Traction Elevators at The Universal Endless Summer Resort Surfside #1, Orlando, FL

WARNING! My apologies for the "S" word in the middle of the video as I didn't mean to say it and wasn't aware I did until a commenter pointed it out. Please don't watch if you are easily offended.
This is one of the banks of elevators in one of the 2 "Surfside Inn" Buildings at a Brand New Resort Development on Internation Drive by Universal/Loews Hotels known as the "Universal's Endless Resort" which, ironically, these Surfside Inn building opened up in SUMMER of 2019. There are also 2 More Buildings to this place known as the "Dockside Inn" but those are still under construction.
As for these elevators, I was definitely disappointed to see they installed Ecodiscs, although, that said, they've been installing Gen2s at their other properties here which I've been getting tired of seeing. But as you guys know, I really do not like KONE Ecodisc Elevators, however on the positive side, these elevators' ride quality is actually pretty smooth and mostly quiet and these don't feel super unstrurdy and don't creak that much, and these have the new KONE voice, which is actually very clear and audible, so these definitely support the claim some people have that KONE has been improving some.
That said though, you can still tell they cheaped out some on this install as the inside lantern doesn't work and either the ropes/motors/rails/wheels (I'm not totally sure which) make a really questionable sounding screeching noise that definitely does not sound good and I don't think the guests particularly like it either since as you'll hear in the video, someone SCREAMED in one of the elevators.
Overall, I wouldn't say these elevators are TOO Terrible especially since I've seen way worse for KONE and have pretty low standards for them with the exception being their top of the line non MRL models. Honestly, I'm just kind of like "Meh"... They aren't the worst as they as least feel somewhat sturdy and are smoother the most Ecodiscs I've seen, but I can only give them a Solid 5 or 6/10 due to the issues they do still have. Not the greatest, but for KONE I'll give these a pass.
Also, these elevators are supposed to be keycarded, but fortunately for me, they must've forgot to set that up as I got to ride up to the top! lol
