PUMPKIN SPICE HOT CHOCOLATE:
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

MAPLE SEA SALT CREAM COLD BREW:
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt (to taste)
1/2 cup cold brew
PUMPKIN CHAI TEA LATTE:
1 cup milk of choice
1 black tea bag (optional)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground ginger
Pinch of ground cloves
1.5 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

PUMPKIN SWEET CREAM COLD BREW:
1/2 cup cold brew
1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Splash of vanilla syrup
Pinch of turmeric (optional for color)
HOMEMADE APPLE CIDER:
5-7 medium apples (assorted types)
1 orange
4 cinnamon sticks
Pinch of ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 whole nutmeg
Pinch fresh ginger
8 cups water, more or less
1/4 cup maple syrup (optional to sweeten)
