You can do so even when the method of voucher numbering is chosen as Automatic, while choosing to retain voucher numbers on insertion or deletion.
There may be instances when vouchers are numbered randomly due to insertion or deletion.
In general, TallyPrime ensures that vouchers are re-sequenced systematically in the ascending order of numbers after import, when the method of voucher number is Automatic and you have also chosen to retain voucher numbers on insertion or deletion.
However, you may want to retain the voucher number sequence, exactly the way in the Company from which you export the vouchers.
