Ingredients for 16 pieces:
Dough:
egg - 1 pc.
sugar - 50 g
vanilla sugar - 10 g
milk - 2 tbsp.
butter - 50 g
flour - 230 g
baking powder - 5 g
pinch of salt
Filling:
apples - 2 pcs. (450 g)
sugar - 1-2 tbsp.
butter - 20 g
cinnamon - 1/3 tsp
honey - 1 tbsp
powdered sugar
Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick, it should come out without any remains of raw dough. Baking time and temperature will vary depending on the oven.
