Last weekend, the Modell-Rennboote Schweiz club hosted a show and powerboat meeting in Stäfa on the shore of Lake Zurich (Switzerland). For the three-day event, numerous drivers from all over Switzerland and nearby countries were on hand to present their self-built RC models: mainly petrol-powered RC powerboats that can be up to 2.4 meters long, but also electrically powered RC speedboats and boats with turbine drives. The "Modellboot Schaufahren & Powerboat Treffen Stäfa" aka RC Powerboat Meet Stäfa 2024 is the largest event of this kind in Switzerland and with the fastest RC boats on display.
