PERFECT Twixtor Tutorial for Premiere Pro! (Flowframes)
Twixtor isn't perfect itself, but you can reduce the amount of warps it produces by using a free software called Flowframes which interpolates frames (basically creating more frames, therefore increasing the frame rate) leading to a far smoother outcome. Flowframes can be a GPU intensive software, and so low-end builds may struggle to render the frames. If this is the case then turn down the multiplier to x5 or below, instead of x10. Flowframes can be used for AMV edits, gaming edits, and anything else. Even if you simply want to interpolate footage.
Don't have Twixtor? You can use the built in time remapping feature in Premiere Pro. It's not as advanced, but works well (especially with Flowframes).
