Patches in the genital region can be because of so many causes. People who have oily skin, dandruff, end up with patches of dandruff even in the genital region. This can be managed by treatment for dandruff. Other causes are fungal infection which leaves round patches near the thighs. Usually fungal infection involves the inner part of the thighs, but not e genital region. This occurs due to excessive sweating. Anti-fungal creams and powders are available to target this condition permanently. There are other cause like white patches which can come anywhere in the body called a vitiligo.
