Fix OBS Studio on OpenGL 2.x
Failed to initialize video: Unspecified error

The alternate way we have used here is by forcing OBS to use software encoder. The capture rate is thus comparatively slow but manageable.
LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 obs
