Smudged gradient map portrait | Half blurred portrait | PHOTOSHOP TUTORIAL
In this video I'll show you how to create a smudged gradient map portrait in Adobe Photoshop CC 2023. To create the smudge effect, we'll add motion blur and gaussian blur to half of the portrait.
