These Poor B17 Bombers Barely Made it Home | DCS World | WW2 PVP
332nd Birdman and me accidentally stumble upon two B17 Bombers (AI) limping back to base, so we hung out for a bit in our P51's and watched them land. It was crazy seeing this in the simulator right after watching the first episode of Masters of the Air. They must have broken off from the rest of the flight and landed here instead of returning to their intended base. What's amazing about these servers like 4YA's Project Overlord is anything can happen. You never know what you might find or run into because even though there's some AI flights involved like these bombers, every sortie is different.
