Shadow of the Tomb Raider on PC has the black level raised in 0.005 nits on Native HDR. If you are going to use HGIG or DTM on the default Brightness value of 50 lower Fine tune dark areas to -5.

Recommended Settings for SOTTR: Dynamic tone mapping ON ( in-game peak brightness slider 72% for the game to MaxCLL 1026 nits) Brightness (black level) 48 Fine Tune Dark Areas +2 (or just leave it at 0)

What I use is a very dark room and HGIG brightness 50 Fine tune dark areas -5 but I recognize that the midtones are darker than they should be so I would recommend Brightness 52 Fine tune dark areas -8 to raise the mid tones and still get perfect blacks.
Adjust the in-game peak brightness slider using HGIG to one before the pattern clips (you can no longer see it) and that's going to try to MaxCLL 797 on LG C1.
Auto HDR from Windows 11 has the black level raised because SDR has the problem and I would recommend Fine tune dark areas -19.

Native HDR looks more colorful than Auto HDR from Windows 11. Auto HDR from Windows 11 preserves highlight details better.
