More unsolicited unwarranted Policing “I noticed you were following me - is there any reason” “Am I being detained?” This man clearly knows his common law - you should too. Papa was not a rolling stone @DuffWalter
In my view women cops are far more vexatious towards citizens and are domineering in their demeanour in ways that aggravate, escalate the given situation. This female cop shows she neither acts within the law nor cares that she openly violates others rights. Who knows what she has been responsible for prior to this exposure? Auditors are not doing any harm in my view. They are serving a purpose for us exposing oppressive cops. She is unfit to be a cop. It is not her place to make shit up to suit her mood on the day. Wrong is wrong. Jo-Anne Aviv @jo_aviv, West Mercia Police:”We are aware of the video circulating where our officers spoke to and detained the male. Whilst our officers deal with hundreds of interactions with the public on a daily basis and do so professionally and fairly, we recognize on this occasion we got it wrong. Having reviewed the footage, we understand this situation could have been handled better and we are genuinely sorry for this and we wish to issue an apology to the individual involved."
No what went wrong here was they detained a man that knew his rights!!!!!
A lesson everyone should learn from. Everyone should be encouraged to take the time to learn the laws regarding arrest and their basic rights where ever they live. This is the only way to fight back!!! tonycahill @tonycahill1969, 'We do need to get law and order back into law and order.
NEVER give your name, even when arrested, as it’s your birth certificate maritime entity you’ll be assuming as yourself. Say nothing and you’ll be adhering to Magna Carta law of rights to sovereign self. Dr. Dina McMillan
@drdina1,'Let me guess, white British guy? If he'd been a person of colour, would they have followed him and then arrested him for the crime of walking down the street? An apology isn't enough. Sue these overreaching cops for a fortune. And stop with the two-tier justice system!' panopticon
@harrypanopticon, 'It is an improper use of power and consequently it should have disciplinary consequences and civil remedies should be offered. Your officers arrested a man wrongfully. You did not discipline anybody did you @WMerciaPolice ? Did you offer civil remedies? And no an apology is not an adequate remedy for a wrongful arrest. Clowns. Rob 1776 🇺🇸 @sentra17, 'No mention retraining officers to act within the law. Speaks volumes.
