The first Chandelier Quad Kill was released on Januari 15, 2019. It uses triple shots to lure the guards towards it. When overclocked to 3 shots they gain more speed to get rekt by the power of the CQK.
Second strat is dirtier and more optimized.

You can shoot civilians (even guards too) and as long as they don't see you shoot them it's still SA. Also because of the explosion timing, blindness and straight out fear for their lives their panic run is sort of canceled.
