How to create a call to action button in Wordpress

In this video I show you how to create a call to action button in Wordpress?
It is straightforward and anyone can do it. I take you into my computer to show you how.
The first thing I suggest is that you use the Gutenberg block editor and that is because you can easily add a button block and link the button to whatever you want, whether it be another page or site.
Most themes have Gutenberg now and indeed it is part of the most recent versions of Wordpress.
If you don’t have Gutenberg, go to Plugins and choose a Gutenberg plugin. Remember to go for one that has a high number of active installations.
To add a button, just add a new block and from the block menu, choose the button option.
The button will then appear and like with other blocks, you can move your button up and down to suit and you can align left, right and centre..
You can also begin typing in the text for the button. It can be whatever you want.
With the button block active, click on the three dots and choose block options and you will see a variety of options at the righthand side of the dashboard. These will allow you to change the colour of the button as well as the colour of the text.
To add a link to the button, go to the block and click on it to make it active and you will see a link button. Click on this and you will be able to add in a link to take your reader to where you want them to go. If it is to a different site, remember to include http:// before the domain:
http://www.yourdomain.com or
http://yourdomain.com
I also show you that you can create your own button in a photo editor and add it to your page as an image and then link that image to the site or page that you want your viewer to go to.
