Hold 2 shields. One to protect, one to annihilate. Whether you're absorbing all the damage for your next attack with Transistor Shields, or projecting your very shield itself with Tenet Agendus, this is definitely a meme to behold.
There is a ton of extra potential on the build if you go the Transistor Shield route. It opens up options for weird weapon setups like Cedo's Glaive that has insanely low base damage, but can benefit from Volt's passive to become a monster. Just hide behind your shield and build for Corrosive + Shock Trooper. The Volt Shield will also give it a separate Electric weight and double damage on crits which we can get with Arcane Avenger.
Higher fire rate weapons with low base damage, such as Soma, can also get a massive damage boost if you picking an easily-shootable spot and the Transistor Shield constantly takes incoming fire while you reciprocate with your gun. How does a red crit bullet hose Soma that does thousands of damage per bullet sound?
We also have the option to go for more survivability instead of Combat Discipline and Avenger, which opens up the way to Arcane Eruption shenanigans with Panzer's Viral Quills and Synth Set interactions. The sky is the limit with this meme.
