Step 1: The first and foremost thing is to open the Telegram app.
Step 2: After that, tap the three horizontal lines on the top-left of the screen
Step 3: Click on Contacts.
Step 4: Similarly, select the contact you want to block.
Step 5: Click on their name or profile picture, then click on the three dots in the upper-right corner.
Step 6: Once you do that, tap on the third button to Block.
Step 7: When asked for a confirmation, you need to click on OK.

Open Telegram on your Android device.
Tap the 3-line icon on the top left, and then go to the Settings.
Touch the Privacy and Security option.
