King Jokkum in Dun Niffelem wants you to slay Jorcuttar in Hibernal Cavern.

This quest starts and ends in The Storm Peaks.
Description:
The jormungar are a nuisance best dealt with quickly. If given any quarter, they breed like hares and spread like fire.
They have appeared southwest of here, in the Hibernal Cavern. If their spawnmother is not slain soon, they will gain a foothold in our region.
She cannot refuse food. Take this knife and get the flank of a bear corpse from their cave. Place it near her crater and kill her as she feeds.

So it is done.
We have heard the screams of Jormuttar as they echoed from across the valley.
You have done our people a service this day, little race.

The Storm Peaks is a leveling zone in central Northrend intended for level 77+ players. It is a frigid mountainous region that used to be the home of the titans, with Ulduar as their city. Currently, the storm giants live in the Storm Peaks. Players questing in this zone will learn about the lore behind the titans, the Hyldnir, Brann Bronzebeard, and the Sons of Hodir. They can also camp the zone for Reins of the Time-Lost Proto-Drake.
The Storm Peaks ranges from levels 77-80.
