VICTORIA 3 - PATCH UPDATE DAY: AI Buffs, New Government Features & Teleportation Has Been BANNED!
Victoria 3 has received two game updates since Patch 1.1 launched earlier in December, Jazzily named 1.1.1 and 1.1.2. In this video I'm quickly canvasing the updates and showing you the key in game changes. Key Victoria 3 gameplay updates include a re balancing of the legitimacy system and a new feature that lets players quickly see and reform into the most legitimate governing combos possible. We also see an attempt to ban the teleportation of units across seas, and a variety of other bug fixes and AI buffs (especially around how they use ports).
