A pro Level Technique using a very simple method: Adjustment Layers.
This method will accelerate your color grading skills from basic to advanced. It'll give you more time to focus on the craft and art of color, rather than fiddling around with technicalities you find in Pro Grading environments such as DaVinci.
This is not a substitute to learning, but rather a process that will take you a step closer to learning DaVinci once ready.
