The Ultimate Guide to Blocking Spam Traffic on Your Website
In this video, I would like to show you how you can reduce spam traffic and spam emails. If you are bombarded with emails every day that want to sell you something and these emails come from specific countries, you can simply prevent these countries or regions from accessing your website and finding your email address or using the contact form on your website.
To block specific countries from visiting your website, we use Cloudflare's free services. Cloudflare is a CDN network (Content Delivery Network) that offers you various setting options to determine your own firewall rules.
Simply log in to Cloudflare.com and connect your website to Cloudflare using the name server settings. Cloudflare offers a free plan that is enough to define your own firewall rules. Now the entire traffic of your website is managed via Cloudflare. This allows you to determine exact rules and also how, for example, to prevent certain countries or regions from seeing your website.
