Tom Yam is prepared in just 20 minutes.
For 2 liters of real tom yam soup, you will need:
Tom Yam Paste Aroy-D - 1 sachet
Tom Yam soup base Aroy-D - 2 cans
Shrimps, peeled (chilled)
Cao gu mushrooms for Tom yam soup - 1 jar
Cherry tomatoes
Coconut milk Aroy-D - 250 ml
Avocado oil for frying and baking
Filtered water - 800 ml
Chili paste Aroy-D (with soy oil) - 1 tablespoon
Cilantro
Preparation:
Pour a little avocado oil into a preheated saucepan, add the paste Tom Yam Aroy-D and lightly fry over low heat.
We send two cans of the soup base into the blender bowl and punch at high speed for 30 seconds.
Pour the base into a saucepan with pasta, mix and bring to a boil.
Pour coconut milk into the soup, bring to a boil and add 800 ml of filtered water. Pour a little soup into a bowl, dissolve the chili paste in it and pour it back into the pan.
We cut cao gu mushrooms and cherry tomatoes into two parts. Add mushrooms to the soup, bring to a boil, send the shrimp and after a minute remove the pan from the heat. At the bottom of a deep plate, spread halves of cherry tomatoes, finely chopped coriander and pour the soup. Divinely delicious, restorative and healing soup is served to the table and enjoyed.
