The man once thought to have the world's biggest penis has branded the Mexican thought to have overtaken him as 'disgusting' for cheating to gain extra length.Jonah Falcon, 47, from New York is famed for having a 13.5-inch penis and until recently held the gong for the planet's longest penis.But Robert Esquivel Carbrera, 54, who cannot have sex because of the size of his manhood, measured in with 18.9inches, eclipsing the previous record.Mr Falcon, though, believes his challenger is a fraud because he has been weighing his genitals down and stretching the foreskin to grow his penis.Mr Falcon told The Sun Online Mr Carbrera's was not 19 inches, saying he could have a normal sex life if he got circumsized.'The man stretched his foreskin constantly, from what I understand, but it's normal underneath,' he said.'I think it's ridiculous and he seems kind of desperate.No matter how big he is, it's not going to change the fact that I'm 13.5inches.' Mr Cabera has been offered work in the adult entertainment industry by the man behind YouPorn and the FakeTaxi series.He suggested Mr Cabera could come to their studio in Prague to film a medical scene, though said it would be more comical than erotic.Doctors who have examined Mr Cabera say that the majority of his manhood is actually foreskin, and that the penis underneath only extends six or seven inches.As a result the Guinness Book of Records refuses to recognise his 'achievement', and the current record rests with US actor Jonah Falcon, whose penis was 9.5inches flaccid and 13.5inches when erect.Medics have urged him to have a reduction so he will be able to function normally and have children, but he has refused.'He'd rather have a penis bigger than the rest of the people,' Dr Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez said.'In Latin culture whoever has the bigger penis is more macho.It's something that makes him different to the rest of the people and makes him feels special.' Mr Cabera added: 'I am famous because I have the biggest penis in the world.I am happy with my penis, I know nobody has the size I have.' The sheer size of Mr Cabrera's penis causes him a number of health problems, including frequent urinary tract infections because not all his urine escapes his lengthy foreskin.While he keeps his colossal member wrapped in bandages to escape chaffing.He is also unable to sleep chest down and has to put his penis on its own pillow to escape discomfort
