How to do FLICKERING Text Effect in Premiere Pro
To begin I added a text to my timeline and I want to do a flickering text effect for it.
With your text selected, go to effect controls, then move the play head to start and expand the text so you can see its properties.
Set opacity to 0 and click on stopwatch next to opacity to create a starting keyframe.
Now use your keyboard right arrow key to go forward 1 frame, and set opacity back to 100.
Again, go forward 1 frame, then copy the 2 keyframes with ctrl + c and press ctrl + v to paste them.
Do this process for how long you want the flickering to continue.
Now we have this nice flickering text effect.
