Jack Teixeira arrest footage; Merrick Garland announces charges
On Thursday, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced the arrest of Jack Teixeira, a 21-year-old U.S. Air Force National Guard intelligence specialist, in connection with the alleged disclosure of highly classified military documents on the Ukraine war. Garland said in a brief statement that Teixeira surrendered “without incident” and would be charged with the unauthorized removal of classified national defense information.
