Can you make chicken broth from the bones (carcass) of a rotisserie chicken? The answer is... YES!
This cooking tutorial will show you how to use the slow cook feature on the Aroma Rice Cooker (similar feature found in an instant pot) in order to cook chicken broth. Cooking chicken broth is a great way to use the bones and leftovers from rotisserie chicken!
How long should you slow cook your bones (carcass) to make broth? I found that 6 hours is a good starting point.
Recipe:
Chicken bones or chicken carcass
Seasoning (onion powder, black pepper and salt)
Vegetable toppings (celery)
