-- CONCLUSION --
Even though x264 has higher average frame rate but it's not consistent. Use NVENC to get consistent frame time if you're using single pc.
For file size in 6 minutes recording (yes, I cut the video to the most crowded scene so it will shorter to watch)
x264: 1.2GB
NVENC h.264: 2.7GB
NVENC HEVC: 2.5GB
