1.Open capcut and select the smoke effect.Add the effect into your project.
2.Play the video then add text.
3.Type text then match it with the smoke effect.Adjust the start duration for the text to 3 seconds.
4.Click on style,animation then select the blur wipe right animation then adjust the duration.
5.Play the video then export.
