This is a Concept Design which aims to help every Juan, our fellow Kababayans, OFWs who can't afford to buy or build houses for them or their families.
If you have a 4meter by 5meter or 20 sq. m space yet you're having a problem how to arrange or maximize a space guess what, this house can accommodate a small family of 2 or 3. It has an open type Living and Dining Area perfect for creating small family bonding or recreation.
It has a sleeping area or bedroom with 3.4 x 1.8m size designed to accommodate 2 to 3 persons with 2-level custom-designed bed bunks, aside from a separate wardrobe closet, space cleverly considered the storage space by providing a staircase at the same it functions as storage cabinets.
You also will have a full-size kitchen enough to fit a single refrigerator, standard size sink, a range, and more storage cabinets under the kitchen counter and overhead cabinets.
Beside the kitchen is a stylish Scandinavian themed 1.2m x 1.5m full Toilet and Bath.
TAKE NOTE:
Since you only have a 20 sq.m or 4m x 5m floor area, therefore, MINIMALIST is KEY! Bring or buy items that are ONLY NECESSARY. Providing windows on all sides of the house make your house energy efficient. It allows for proper ventilation and natural day-lighting. Lastly, to make a small space look wider put a LARGE MIRROR on one interior wall. It will create an optical illusion, it will definitely help your space look wider.
