When To Use PowerApps Instead Of Dynamics 365 Mobile App
There is constant chatter around when one should use PowerApps instead of the Dynamics 365 CE app. Some may also argue that there is no need to use PowerApps - why rebuild things and invest money and effort into something that already exists, and is free?
In many cases, The Dynamics app is overkill. Also, it takes many clicks, swipes and scrolls to get the right information. In this video we look at two use cases that are most desired and used by users -
1) Getting the address of a location. This is very much desired by users who travel a fair bit to meet their customers.
2) Activity Tracking: If you are an existing Dynamics user, you know how manual and tedious this process is.
We will see how PowerApps makes these cumbersome processes (that have existed for many years) extremely quick, easy, and refined for the "last mile users". After all, it's them who decide the fate of any implementation.
