These Keto Beef Roll-Ups double as an easy meal or appetizer. I created this Keto Beef Roll-Ups recipe based on a recipe card I discovered in my old recipe box. When I first made the original recipe, the cream cheese mixture was too soft for the thinly sliced beef turning it into a mess.
