Stereo Microphone Storytelling
Stereo mics offer a huge opportunity to immerse the listener by adding more ambience, separation and dynamics to your storytelling. Let me briefly show you how I'd be doing audiobooks now if I was still telling stories like that. This was ad-libbed in a single take and not from any previously written work.
The mic on camera here is my dual-output, stereo DIY ORS 87 mic, built into a Studio Projects C1 body with twin circuits and a k87 style capsule with isolated backplates.
